You guys are mixing up the CR and the SPP

Capital raising is via Citi targeting $100mill with a floor of $15.75 per share. This is via a broker and targeting institutions

Following the CR will be a Shareholder Purchase Plan (SPP)

This will be sent to all shareholders as of yesterday’s close within 2 weeks. You will have about a month to subscribe with a min of $2000 and a max of $15000. Total SPP is capped at $20mill

As mentioned by someone else. This is likely to be oversubscribed and scaled back
