    If there is a way "out" and he exercises it, then by definition it will mean the SP will be below his average premium. And so, in that case there will be no "significant growth in SP" or "achievement" to speak of.

    For those who may mis-quote me, PLEASE READ my post for what it says before responding. e.g. I am not saying that will be the case. Simply discussing a point made by @Replayradio. Many thanks in advance.
