The Problem that i can see is that PC's performance shares are not tied the the share price performance.
its 6m shares issued for nil value for successful completion of DFS and 50% offtakes and decision to mine and 6m shares to get to production by end of 2019 --- so it doesnt really matter to him if the shareprice fluctuates in the meantime.... it only matters once he has been issued his shares and he wants to sell them....

and lets face it - its a bad look for the MD to sell any shares unless retiring (here's looking at you brad boyle - dump the lot on the market so that the company crashes to the ground and we go into VA mark 2 )
