Any thoughts on how the structure will play out, will tpm buy VHA or vice versa.

For accounting purposes, how will the tax losses need to be preserved, would either scenario of who buys who, keep the accumulated tax loses?

AFR suggesting that there will need to be part impairment of the VHA shareholder loans.

Any idea what VHA would be worth?
