Does it show a VXRDA balance? The ticker has temporarily being changed to VXRDA to facilitate the consolidation and probably also the VXR options that expire this month. They obviously don't want anyone exercising those option thinking they are going to get the 0.18 priced shares for a fraction of that amount (3 cents is the strike price).
The ticker will be reset to VXR probably on Sep 1.
