On a serious note, maybe MFS is massaging their business portfolio to include income generated from name changing?

MFS - essentially forced to change name otherwise long and costly litigation. However smartly negotiated they get paid for the change;
Octaviar - maybe 12 months down the track we could see another negotiation and more income.

This could become a key part of their business at the rate at which everything else is being sold!
