Truthfully guys it is not worth reading your comments. The email reply from Agri's representative is postive news sure but would you make an annoucement to the market stating that Bio-Diesel production is now economically possible only to find the following week that the price of feedstock has again skyrocketed. You guys need to understand that the Bio-Diesel industry has changed significantly in the last 6 months and Agri is doing what they can to recover from the situation. Agri's plant in the US is a low cost plant and it will be the first to pop its head out of the water when the market turns favourable. Their are signs the market is turning favourable now but Agri would be mad to annouce this to the market until they are sure that this is the case. You guys need to keep an eye on feedstock prices via CBOT and then you will know when things are turning for the better or worst.
The email I received is genuine but i am not going to give you names or email addresses because of reactions such as your posts above. You dont understand the bio-deisel market nor Agri itself. These are hard times for Agri and sure they may end up going under and I loose my $85,000 but that is a risk i was prepared to take when i invested.
Also the main reason i emailed Agri was to find out if they would re-list prior to 30 Jun 08 so i could possibly sell and claim the tax loss against capital gain.
This is the last time i am prepared to put posts about emails i receive from Agri onto this site and besides i think Agri know when they are breaking laws etc and in this case they are not - they are just stating a fact which both all of you and i can monitor by watching feedstock prices on CBOT.
