You may have figured it out by now, but that 24% figure you quoted refers to the increase Statutory Profit.
The Stat. Profit for FY2017 included a $104m restructuring provision, so if you strip that out, the increase in Underlying Profit was just 3% (and flat, in fact, on a constant currency basis).
And when you consider that growth in Underlying Profit in the first-half was 7% (4% in constant currency terms), then it is evident that the second half-result was very weak (down 3% ... and down 7% on a constant currency basis).
