I agree about increasing costs. Staff costs are far too high. Also balance sheet is too lazy by far. Seems to be no initiative for branching out - they have the funds to do it, evn if it is risky. They just sit on their hands seeing a good business continue to do well (so why more staff?). It could do much better with some initiative.

Anyway, loaded on AEF, but bought a few more this morning. Happy to get $157.

If you bread through the slide deck there are plenty of comments about reduced margins in the future and further cost increases. How about they aim for 30% revenue growth and 5-10% cost growth?

Re the Balance Sheet - what's the use of accumulating all that cash if you do nothing with it?

Good luck at $157 but I just can't see any more growth in this one
