Unless that strategic investor(s?) really add advantage to TON and not getting discounted shares to flog off for profit, time for PC should be taking a pay cut. And definitely need to be larger amount than the miserly 10k he "invested" recently. Note that financing is again deferred so meantime he should do a $ haircut.
