People who are impatient and are willing to sell at a loss will wait for positive news to sell into people willing to buy.
Plus there has been an accumulation of shares @ 0.4 in the past couple of months, so those players are making 30% profit selling now @ 0.6.
Remember those shares are being bought by people, you just gotta think in their shoes.
