A good week at the office

The last week has seen Vocus finally breakout from the recent months trading range, with a near +20% rally experienced. The catalyst was a long overdue results announcement confirming that the business had stabilized and was poised for growth.

From here I think we grind into the low 3's (particularly if the heavy turnover in the shares post results starts to slow, resulting in a greater impact from the shorts having to cover). Beyond $3.00 we likely need to see some positive corporate announcements in the coming weeks/months, providing confirmation that the new management is on track. If we do see those updates from the company, then I imagine $3.50 is not too difficult a level to reach.
