Yes sadly companies like this are all about trust in the board members. Seems to me that MO has zero credibility at the moment because of lack of transparency and poor decision making.
The cynical SPP just before the sale of emc was last straw.
Lets face it, he has been at this job for a long time and quite honestly.... failed.
