While I agree the ceo isn’t perfect... little to arrogant he has done a reasonable job cleaning up the balance sheet over the past few years.

Someone without his arrogance and self belief he is the smartest man in the room would be better but achieving that may take time.. he is ok but not amazing

I would be against a change but he does have a large shareholding so his interests are aligned

With gold turning don’t lose heart at the wrong time... we just hit a major bottom

Newmont in USA has been smashed as money pours out of these global gold etfs and the computers sell out at any price

The business is fundamentally on solid footing and operations ticking along well now
