PRL Manangement Q/A on Hotcopper, page-7

For me..

1) whose idea was it to drill the least prospective hole first and waste most of our money on it?
2) is the drill rig still on site at hole #2?

re 1) if we'd drilled #2 first we may well have been able to get to the bottom or P&A and move onto the next prospective which was #4.

Totally mismanaged the way they went about it.
I know it's easy to say in hindsight but i'm no expert and it's quite obvious now so the experts should have known or planned for hole instability issues knowing full well that a nearby core hole experienced a similar fate to #2. The whole operation was doomed from the time that decision was made!
