Stephen Mayne is of Crikey! fame and is a serial shareholder pest for large companies - or at least that is how they see him.

I beleive he has small shareholdings on many big ASX companies which entitles him to attend board meetings and ask questions. Ultimately he tries to keep boards honest by asking blunt questions that aim to cut to key issues of corporate misinformation based on what facts he can get.

In terms of the questions he asked today here are a few of the issues covered:
    - is MFS liable from the potential liability associated with the S8 litigation? - ANS: No, as this liability has been taken over by CVC.
    - did you not refer to Chris Scott as someone "for whom you have no respect whatsoever" (asked to Droopy Cock) ANS: Unconvincing Political Waffle
    - are all of the reasons you have provided for the collapse of MFS not a bunch of bollocks and do you really have as little a perspective of the gravity of the impact that this has had on shareholders as it appears (paraphrasing a little) ANS: Unconvincing corporate waffle

    And so it went on.
