    I won't complain if it hits 70cents today hehehe

    Also if you think logically:

    Why woudl you apply for FIRB if you are not sure on the due diligence

    Why would you waste money with FIRB unless you are certain that you want the project

    I think the due diligence is done but MCC does not want to convery this to the market

    What does everyone else think?
