Lots of experience there. RCT not exactly a market darling but I am happy to hold - for the dividend, and a potential offer to buy down the track as the State Govt spruiks its Global Tourism Hub (in Vegas and beyond). See that the Tony Fung offer (Aquis) some years back saw the SP push well above $4. ... It’s a very attractive casino as casinos go, and Cairns is not in need of another .... but having room to expand is likely to attract a prospective buyer in the future. ... Content to be a new holder ... and willing to wait and see
