I'd be happy with 30MMBLS recoverable .. that works out to worth about $2,000,000,000 or $400,000,000 for OBL's farmed down 20% share or $6 share.
NPV depends on flow rates but being onshore, close to facilites, where oil could easily be trucked to a refinery OR piped the short distance to where it could be shipped, I give it a high A$75/BLL NPV.
No wonder ARQ wants it all! ..
