Read presentation page 15, was stated clearly the amount is written off. the annual report shouldn't put written off and collected together IMO, tip to exam amount collected, reconcile their receivable against sales and cash flow receipt. Overall they are doing well controlling their bad debts, same matrix for zippay is much worse.
