You don't have to do any research for me and you haven't done any. I am not complaining. To base your assessment of current situation on shareholders list (not up to date at the time of report release) attached to a 2017 financial report is rather irresponsible. It is quite obvious why you are spreading obsolete and most probably inaccurate information, it doesn't help your cause.
For a start we had share dilution, so 13.19% is not accurate. HSBC are nominees for possibly many holders and one would expect that part of them sold out or bought more, who knows. 13.19% is an old figure which I am sure has changed many times over.
My positi0n is that Gina has problems acquiring 75% shareholding and quite possibly has to change her tactics. In her position, I would extend the offer for another fortnight, there is nothing to lose but potentially something to gain by this tactics.
