I think you are misleading your mates. You realized that the HSBC holding position is over one year old, or rather, you knew perfectly well that you flogging old data, but you did not tell everybody that this is old information which you assumed to be true last Friday.
HSBC might have reduced or increased their holdings( within prescribed limits) before the start of takeover bid and that movement would not have to be disclosed to ASX. If during the takeover period disclosure conditions change, certain changes in holding would have to be disclosed.
I don't have to produce any evidence in this matter because I did not post anything on HSBC holdings and it is not fair to assume that they still hold 13.19%. The onus is on you to produce any evidence supporting your "fair assumption".
