I'm going to go against the dividend lovers here. But I will not buy this stock if they decide to pay a dividend. I would far prefer a reinvestment of capital to pay off debt or for more power generation/storage. Too much money is lost on tax from dividends, so it is anything but the best way to spend capital for a company still in the high debt and growth phase.
