Bassman im in the same position as you!I cannot personally interprut how they take ownership of all our capital from their disclosure statement. ASIC or other regulatory bodies should have brought this risk to greater attention if opes are not a regular broker.Not anywhere does it simply say when signing up with this broker do they take complete ownership of your shares and capital in the event of solvency.They definately didnt make this point clear because if they did who in their right mind would sign up with those conditions.
