It could have been a JV announcement subjected to the sales have gone through. This may be the result of JP Morgan consultation. It has been a while and we havent heard anything on that front.

Lets just not get ahead of ourselves. We have been very patient so let's see what tomorrow/wed will bring.

I totally agree with you.The ann today just a contract to sell a piece of land for what ever the price still just a sale of your asset ( dont generate the income for the long run )
I am not confident on the Wed.
