This is exactly what happened to my mate....he was NEVER CALLED....he had his entire life's portfolio of shares with Opes Prime (including a few hundred thousand PLV)....
We are waiting to see what happens but it doesn't look good. He could have refinanced his loan with Opes Prime in 24 hours if he was given the chance...for all we know now he has lost everything.
ANZ is PLV's banker...I have written asking for information on who the 2.75m PLV were sold to at half market price.
