This week we will get Hazer's Annual Report, which will provide some insight into who has been selling and buying over the past 12 months.

Things we do know:

1. 88m shares on issue
2. MIN own 10.3m
3. Pocock owns 7.2m (could have sold a few since resigning, but still has more than 5% because there has not been a change in substantial ownership notice).
4. Cornejo owns 6.7 (could have sold a few for same reasons as Pocock. Cornejo also isn't director, so ouldn't have seen change in director notice).

If Pocock or Cornejo have sold any I wouldn't read anything into it. After all, they both put in $750,000.00 in December last year converting options.

88m - 24 = 64m shares unaccounted shares

There have been 55m shares traded on Commsec last 12 months, so presumably over 64m shares traded including Chi-X. It hasn't been a traders paradise the past 12 months so I would imagine there has been a big shuffle in the register. (Note: 55m shares in the past 12 months, but the report will only account between 1 July 2017 and 30 June 2018).

The last report showed Top 20 ranging from 500,000 to 1,350,000 (not including top holders and UWA).

Any selling that has occurred over the past 12 months will surely be done soon, and I expect the Annual report to reflect this.


Would be very helpful if management were happy to publicly provide Top 20 more regularly, they seemed to be reluctant to make this information private unless required.
