Cancun Trading Pty Ltd a major shareholder in TV2 was in the ATO's sights earlier this year:
An application for the winding up of Cancun Trading Pty Ltd was commenced by the plaintiff Deputy Commissioner of Taxation on 16/02/2018 and will be heard as set out below.

Was there some sort of resolution or is this ongoing as they were the "sophisticated investor" in the March Capital raising ?
I have been looking at investing in TV2 but wonder what happens if a major shareholder goes down the gurgler?
