Doesn't sound like he resigned - he will receive 12 months termination pay.He holds 23.5m shares and 4m options (presumably the options will be cancelled. ?
It will be interesting to hear the background to this in due course (if anyone can find out).
It will also be interesting to see if he hangs on to his shares pending Samo result.
All in all not what I wanted to hear at this stage but hopefully there are good reasons.
