Not 100% sure who that is!!!! ...
.... but as a general question, speaking of employment of consultants or workers in any capacity, particularly as "volunteers", shouldn't a company inform the market who is employed and their employment should come with formal responsibilities and liabilities regulated by ASIC/ASX, e.g. their access to data/information, however limited and short term?
