* BOA's...CNBMGM ..."...in coming weeks..."Ann Oct '17..."
* EIS...submission very late...due Q4 of 2017....ML can't be granted without it....so VRC would still be up the creek right now even if ML's were moving
* Prospectus submission 8-12 weeks from early Dec....took Co 4 months to submit draft...still in 'submission' phase...now almost 10 months on
* BOD payrises???...unbelievable in the financial circumstances at the time
* DFS....late again...
These were things Co were in 'control' of and now some are impacting on other planned achievements...the Co has not managed their own 'doings' well at all imo
