i hear what you're saying re 16 % & 99.5%... but the 16% would be a big deal if it opened up a new market to your resource and achieving the 16% was not a given.

in my opinion, and this is not having a dig at AVL at all... but if it was that easy, they would have done it by now.
it's a race out there between all these V companies right... and that would be a differentiating factor for the one that achieved it.


further, in my opinion, the 99.5% is not 'that' easy to achieve.
yes there might be known processes etc, but each deposit is different and the processes might need tweaking and possibly re-engineering.

hence why i asked if it was known where AVL was at with it all in the first place.

and lastly, let me ask you this... and please, answer honestly...
AVL currently trading down a pip.
what would have moved the market more... today's announcement of LOI with VFRB manufacturer or AVL achieving 99.78% purity?

add to that, imagine the LOI announced weeks after the 99.78%...
in my opinion, AVL would be trading higher... and that LOI might be another MOU instead.
