if he's been considered a flight risk and has had to surrender his passport then imo there is some serious impropriety gone on or at least enough of something to give such a notion due consideration
and if all of Opes' clients have lost due to some dirty impropriety then I'd suggest he'll be wishing he had that passport - I imagine some of the clients have some very shady connections.....unfortunately none of that will help the money situation
