    There is no way that CVI will be becoming the operator for the blocks - absolutely no way. That job will go to the existing operator for each of the blocks that have the skills, personell and backing to carry this out.

    As I mentioned the other day, I think that CVI is being farmed in to fund test or production wells at a small percentage.
