The important thing here is that Merril Lynch now has someone using them as a Nominee Company for THR holdings, therefore I think You now have no need to worry about about making any more, panic style Postings.
Merril Lynch made a very good call when they approx. 2 Years ago established a Gold Invest Fund which was to be backed by their on Site Mine Tours and Research. They also Invested in a Placement made by the Iron Ore Hopeful MMX before MMX made a Takeover Bid for MIS. I think Merril Lynch in general are prepared to back their own judgements and perhaps THR may look attractive to them.
