Because penny dreadfuls often require some patience it can sometimes happen that selling occurs following an announcement that doesn't create any big move.

i.e. People wait for the announcement then when it doesn't give them what they want short term they get out to put their money into something that they think will pay off in the short term.

This announcement really speaks of the long term though and anyone with a bit of patience will see massive gains of SOM over the next 12 months.

You'll be laughing at the short termers who got out now and they will be kicking themselves for their inability to see the big picture.
