ISD Still High PE

The PE on ISD is curently showing 35.79, that is very high for a stock with difficult outlook and many competitors...
It seems more realistically the PE on ISD should be below 10 for it to be a buy....There could be more dumping of the stock in the coming days b4 the bottom is reached... Yarra funds and JCP have sold big parcels and JCP still holds 6.32% and could exit further which will put more pressure on the stock price.....The markets are booming and this stock is heading south in a big way, needs some consolidation otherwise you will be catching falling knives......I currently hold a small parcel at average 80c....Time will tell what happens from here, I even expect a dead cat bounce to high 30's before it bottoms at a much lower price perhaps even below .20 as the PE is way too high....
