To me the historic production and sampling in the 1910's, 1950's and 1980's of Copper, Cobalt, Nickel, Gold and Silver in indicative grades are what underpins the prospectivity, and the landholdings demonstrate the ability to expand the deposits into large projects.
At Bay Lake the 1950's they did one drill hole into a conductor and hit 1.5m at a crazy 6.95%Copper. There was a Copper price spike in the 50's which probably initiated that pilot hole, but the price soon collapsed which explains why they never drilled a 2nd hole.
If 70 year old technology could hit that in their first and only hole, I can't wait to see what the 2018 surveying has pinpointed.
