Maybe I am the odd one out.... but I thought the ann was disappointing...
Give away 10% of the company, cash and Royalties...
I would imagine the cash and royalties would more than pay for the options strike price...
Was this really the best they could do?
Don't think I have ever heard of a more generous offer? Has anyone else?
