Agreed could be some interesting manoeuvring. If they were to underwrite the options it’s something of a catch 22 as their implied success and the firming of the $7.5m would push the SP which would limit their capacity to acquire shares as underwriter.
Anyways not sure it’s how they play ball but interesting to ponder.
