Very good question. perhaps we can get the whinger accusers to tell us because they seem to think managment is being prudent.
I would say that it would be a 30/70 against at this stage (imo). And that's only because they fronted up with $ to re-list.
Whether ASIC allow them to re-list will be another question. Remember when the ASX refers anyone to ASIC it means that something deep and meaningful is going on. Never good! And given that ASIC is under severe scrutiny from the banks RC, I think they will dig their heels in when they get to BPG which would be priority z at the moment.
