RRS has definately been shorted illegally in the past - remember the problems with the option allocations to people who had legitimately bought on market from illegal shorters?
Brab - unfair comparisons - you at least have to account for the free carry of Range for the first 4 holes and yest the offshore and mineral rights are worth plenty. RRS at $1 for AOI at $7 is a fair guess in my book.
