Babcock & Brown Japan Property Trust (BJT.AU) Monday said it has terminated a swap agreement relating to the acquisition of a 5.1% stake in Rubicon Japan Trust (RJT.AU). It has instead taken physical delivery of 21 million units in Rubicon Japan Trust.
