Re Assets - there was a reason why I asked the original question concerning the Assets of KBL. Some years ago there was a company called Duke Group Limited (formerly Kia Ora Gold) and a Law Firm got involved with what became the 'longest Court case in Australian History' - so I have been told. In the end shareholders received a substantial payout for each share they owned. From memory RedFire Resources became a Company in 1997 to explore the possibilities of finding opal. They started drilling near what was called the 'Shell Patch some twenty miles or so north of Coober Pedy. At the time I was 'acting' as running the Coober Pedy Times, which was going to be closed - but was resurrected. Later Redfire became CBH and then later KBL. I believe that the history of KBL is very similar to the end result of The Duke Group. As a result I believe it would be interesting to see if a Lawyer team could look back to the end result of KBL
