No chance.
Australian banks are already 10 years behind the rest of the world. It would take them 5 years to bring a product to market and they would mess it up as they couldn't do it for the rates APT do it for and they don't do anything very well - no excellence.
Strategically they are also not interested. It would be seen as non-core and a waste of their time.
