Normal stockbroking clients of ANZ/Etrade would have the shares in their own name not that of ANZ Nominees. However, there may be other arrangements under which shares are held by ANZ Nominees so you are still right that it would probably not all be Opes shares that they hold. One way of finding out would be to check any significant changes in the last month or so, as apparently a couple of other companies in a similar situation have seen an upward movement in ANZ Nominees shareholding conicide with a similar downward movement in a director's shareholding.
