Just lets have a look what this announcements mean for YPB as far as revenue is concerned. The legal cannabis industry is definitively growing. Namaste revenue is about 15 mil. Average price for Namaste product is $40.00, that amounts to 375 000 items (sold in 2018). Lets say that their 2019 sales will double. so we will have 700K items sold. For this exercise sake - each YPB mark will be sold to Namaste for $0.50 (in fact it will be more like $0.10). This will give YPB a $350 000 revenue.
Will that affect the share price? YPB will need at least 5 more clients like this. In this competitive world this is highly unlikely.
Just a side note - Namaste financial 2017? $17 million loss, and 2018 losses to date are nearly 15 million.......
