I'm not asking to see a prototype battery on a commercial scale, all I am asking for is a prototype battery that proves that the technology behind the patent is genuine.

I can make a patent for a mix of graphite and a few drops of lemon juice mixed with some lithium ion metals and claim that it is 10 times better then what is on the market.... this doesn't mean that it will ever work unless b4 the patient I have made a working prototype that works. Ofcourse this prototype will not be seen until I have the patents registered. But now that HIP has the patents and all is good why don't they show their investor's the prototype behind the patents?

Unless I have a prototype that proves the technology works haw can someone go through the patent procedure without any prototype of some kind??..
