Just read the announcement.
Aim to raise $20M by SPP to retail investors (that is us)
Capped at $15K per retail investor
Can be scaled back at APT's discretion
.... so .... $20M divide by $15K = 1,333 (only)
Now there surely must be more that 1300 retail investors so my guess is it will definitely be scaled back unless price drops to ~ $17 when it becomes marginal.
Suspect there may be a good buying opportunity ahead but DYOR.
