someone in terms of a large investor ( private, superannuation perhaps) i agree street talk, just below 5% doesnt require disclosure .... however i think all companies should be required to update top 20 shareholders every month ( would show changes) and its quite easy to do the ASX has information in the databases of top 20 shareholders in every company anyway just publish as a ASX annoucement a full listing of all listed companies and their top 20
